Remembering September 11th

00:00 / 21:15

Lord, we thank you for the ability to gather together. The past year has reminded us of what a privilege it is to be together in one place. You promise that where two or three are gathered, you will be there as well. Let me remember that there is power where you are present, that I am stronger when I gather with other believers, and that I am covered by your grace when I repent and believe. Help me to be an encourager, to stir up love and good works. I rejoice that you are a living, loving, active, servant King. Thank you for tearing the veil that kept me separate from you. Let me find peace, comfort, and joy when I come into your house to worship and pray. You are worthy of my praise and my presence. Ignite revival in my heart and help me to reclaim the joy of Sunday.

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. (Hebrews 10:23-25).
