Pastor Sean has dedicated over 30 years to ministry, serving through pastoring, teaching, and coaching. With a heart for leadership and guiding others, he has had the incredible privilege of witnessing Christ’s transformative work in the lives of students, athletes, parents, and families.
Known for his down-to-earth personality and sense of humor, Pastor Sean brings joy and connection to every setting—whether he’s teaching, sharing wisdom, or flipping burgers and hot dogs at community events. His outgoing nature and big heart for people make him a constant source of encouragement and inspiration, leaving a lasting impact wherever he goes.
Dr. Teri O'Connor
Worship Leader
Dr. Teri serves as the Worship Leader at CNaz, bringing her passion and decades of experience to our church community. With a heart for worship and excellence, she leads the congregation in praising God through music and service.
Beyond her role at CNaz, Dr. Teri is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) with years of experience helping non-profits succeed. She currently works in Advancement at Dallas Theological Seminary, supporting the mission of equipping Christian leaders. Dr. Teri’s dedication and expertise are a true blessing to both our church and the community she serves.

Beth Rush
Children's Pastor & Naz Safe Coordinator
Pastor Beth has a deep passion for helping children discover God’s love and grow in their faith. With over 20 years of ministry experience, she has dedicated her life to equipping the next generation with a lasting foundation.
A creative thinker with a fun and humorous personality, Beth loves using engaging visual aids to teach both children and adults, bringing lessons to life in a way that resonates with every age group. Her expertise in training ministry leaders has inspired countless communities locally and nationally, helping them create fun, safe, and mission-focused programs. Pastor Beth’s energy and creativity make her a dynamic leader with a big heart for children and their journey.
Jackie & Ramon Ridenour
Youth Leaders & AV Tech
Jackie and Ramon bring energy, creativity, and a deep passion for serving to their role as youth leaders at CNaz. Alongside leading the youth, they continue to serve faithfully as the core duo behind our church’s AV team—an area they’ve been dedicated to for nearly a decade.
Their journey together began in grad school, where they were both studying video game development. Combining their unique talents, Jackie—who has been involved in ministry her whole life and holds a degree in Biblical Studies—and Ramon—a gifted programmer at a gaming studio—create a vibrant, faith-filled environment for our youth.
Outside the church, Jackie works as a freelance graphic designer, while Ramon channels his creativity into game programming. Together, they use their God-given gifts to inspire the next generation and ensure that every young person they encounter feels welcomed, valued, and loved.
Jill Banas
Office Administrator
Jill has been a part of Carrollton Church of the Nazarene since she was a young child, growing up with a heart rooted in faith and service. Before answering God’s call to ministry, she spent nearly 15 years working in medical and clinical research as a senior clinical scientist. In 2012, Jill embraced her calling and joined the CNaz staff, where her passion for serving others has flourished.
Over the years, Jill has faithfully supported the Youth, Children, and Women’s ministries, demonstrating her love and dedication to helping others grow in their walk with Christ. Her joyful presence in the office is often accompanied by her tiny canine sidekick, Sophie.
