MISSIONS

"For this is what the Lord has commanded us:
‘I have made you a light that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’ ”

Acts 13:47

Believing. It is a beautiful opportunity for us to accept the gift of Christ's salvation and eternal life, but it is by no means something that we should keep only for ourselves. The Great Commission challenges us to go into all the world and proclaim the Gospel of Christ, making disciples of all nations. We accept this mandate from Jesus as a sacred trust and a precious responsibility, that is why we support mission efforts through the local church and throughout the world.

"Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

Romans 10:13

WORK & WITNESS

Work and Witness is all about connecting teams with needs. Help with construction, medical, technical, and evangelism. There are many ways that you can use your gifts to serve others.

In 2018 our church sponsored a team to work on the Navajo Reservation in Dilkon, Arizona.

ALABASTER

The Alabaster Offering goes toward the purchase of land and construction of churches, schools, medical facilities, and homes for missionaries and national workers.

While we understand the church consists of the people of God and not a building, buildings established for the purpose of ministry help provide a sense of permanence in other countries.

February  & September are designated for collecting change to fund change efforts around the world.

PRAYER FOR MISSIONARIES

We remember our missionaries throughout the year in prayer. Many are often facing troubled times in the places in which they serve. They seek to be peacemakers and agents of transformation. They need your support through intercession.
